BisonHub Information for Friends and Families
Friends and Families can make tuition payments by using ePay (TouchNet). See below for the process.
The functionality in BisonHub which grants more access to friends and families is not currently available. We will update the website with new information soon. Please check back daily for updates!
Welcome to the Bison Family! We are excited to welcome your student to Howard University. The University uses multiple systems to support your student's academic journey including BisonHub and ePay (TouchNet).
BisonHub is the student's go-to resource for all their academic and financial information. Students can view their academic history, register for classes, view tuition and fees, and update personal information.
ePay (TouchNet) is the system where students (and friends and families) will make tuition and fees payments.
For friends and families to support their student, the student must givr permission and access to these systems. The resources below show how these permissions can be set-up in BisonHub and ePay (TouchNet).
Required Steps for Students - ePay (TouchNet)
Students need to add an authorized payer in ePay (TouchNet) to grant access to friends and families to access billing information and make payments. Students should access ePay by clicking on the "Make a Payment" link in the Financials Hub in BisonHub

Required Steps for Friends and Families - ePay (TouchNet)
Once your student adds you as an authorized payer in ePay (TouchNet), you will receive an email with direction to set up an account in ePay (TouchNet). This account will give you access to the student's billing information and allow you to make payments.

For friends and families to support students and access BisonHub, the student must complete two steps,
- add the contact information for the family/friend
- manage permissions to the family/friend as a "third party" and grant access
