BisonHub Training Information for Faculty and Staff


A group of men standing in front of a chalkboard Description automatically generatedTraining for the new functionality available in BisonHub is now available.  Reminder: BisonHub will replace Bison Web. Faculty will continue to use Bison Web to view class rosters and submit final grades for the Spring and Summer 2024 semesters.  Starting in April 2024, faculty will view the class rosters for their Fall 2024 classes in BisonHub. 

Note: Not all staff will need to attend training in Spring 2024.  The audiences being targeted for the Spring training sessions include faculty, advisors, academic leaders, and academic support staff.  If you do not have a student-facing role and are not responsible for directly supporting students, it is likely that you will not need to attend training for the new functionality. 

Workday Learning in BisonHub:  All faculty and staff training resources are housed within BisonHub in Workday Learning.  For quick access to the content that is relevant to your role, use the links below.

BisonHub Employee Self-Service

Trainings have been moved from Percipio to Workday Learning. If you will use BisonHub powered by Workday, even if it’s just to check your paystub or update your elections, you will benefit from participating in training. Employees who work in finance and administration, human resources, and payroll-oriented positions should expect to receive even more training as they are not only end-users of the system but are also functional-users who support the system.

Provided below is a selection of the training opportunities available in Workday Learning.  The Learning and Organizational Development team continues to add new courses to Workday Learning so we encourage you to stay engaged and check often for new offerings.
