When will students get access to BisonHub (Workday)?
The University is excited to announce that BisonHub is now available and open to students! New academic functionality is also available to faculty and staff. Students are encouraged to log in to BisonHub today to prepare for Fall 2024 Registration activities. Students, faculty, and staff can access BisonHub via AccessHU. You can also use the link below to log in to BisonHub!
What is BisonHub (Workday)?
BisonHub (Workday) is a cloud-based Student Information System (SIS). The BisonHub (Workday) modules support all major components of the student experience at Howard including Recruiting and Admissions, Academic Advising, Registration, Curriculum, Financial Aid, and Student Finance.
Who will be using BisonHub (Workday)?
All Howard University faculty, staff, and students will have access to BisonHub (Workday) through the University’s single-sign-on system (AccessHU).
As of April 10th, students do not have access to BisonHub yet but access is expected soon. The website will be updated to reflect the access date once it is confirmed.
How will students be impacted by the BisonHub (Workday) implementation?
Starting in Spring 2024, students will begin to use the BisonHub powered by Workday system to view their student profile, view their academic progress reports (degree audits), register for classes, and to take other related actions. BisonHub powered by Workday also has a mobile application that allows students to access their information on the go allowing for maximum flexibility.

Where can I access BisonHub (Workday)?
BisonHub, powered by Workday, can be accessed through the University’s single-sign-on platform (Access HU). The cloud-based system can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet, or pc, through any Wi-Fi connection by downloading the Workday mobile application.

When will BisonHub (Workday) be deployed at Howard University?
The Workday implementation began at Howard University in Summer 2021 with the release of the University's Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance functions. Then, in Fall 2021 the University began the implementation process for the Student Information System. As part of the socialization of the Workday system, the University voted on a new name for the system - BisonHub. It is important to know that BisonHub and Workday are the same system. BisonHub is the Howard University version of the Workday system.
BisonHub functionality related to the Student Information System was initially deployed in Summer 2023 and functionality will be periodically released throughout 2024. The University will fully transition into BisonHub by August 2024 (replacing the Bison Web system).
